We have created a comprehensive and easy to understand patient education library which will assist you and your staff in explaining a wide range of dental procedures. Our videos were created using stunning 3D Animations as well as HD footage of actual dental treatments. When combined with our Patient Education Software and Intra-Oral Camera, our system becomes a powerful tool in helping patients understand the importance of the treatments they require.
If you already have computers in your dental operatories, the Patient Education Software can easily be installed on them to quickly provide your operatories with high quality videos covering 33 of the most common dental procedures performed today.
Our software is quick to install and easy to use. The software includes the complete Patient Education video library and Dental Health Tips.

Additional Notes
Hard Drive
The hard drive is the most commonly overlooked specification, but is a very important component of a computer (particularly the speed of the hard drive). Large network users (6 user and above) should consider SCSI or SATA hard drives on the Server for added performance.
RAID technology is not necessary, but may be desirable for added data redundancy and throughput.
Modem/Router
A Broadband, ADSL2/2+ Router/Modem is strongly recommended.
Remote access is required on the Server computer & Client Computers during the Installation/Troubleshooting.
Network
Wireless networks are supported.
You will need an IT / Network specialist advice for initial installation, maintenance and for future support problems related to network.
Anti-Virus & Firewall Software
It is advised to install a good Anti-Virus & Firewall Software on all computers.
Operating System
The following Microsoft Operating Systems are supported:
Windows® 2003 Server
Windows® 2000 Server/Professional
Windows® XP Professional (Windows® XP Home Edition is not recommended for network users)
Windows® Vista® (Home and Business)
Windows 7
32 bit and 64 bit operating systems
The Microsoft .NET v3.5 SP1 must be installed on all computers.
It is advised to install latest service packs on all supported operating systems and any Windows updates may be required when appropriate (now and in the future).
(NOTE: Non-Microsoft Operating Systems, or Emulated versions of Microsoft OS’ are not supported (IE: Running Windows within Parallels Desktop under Mac OS X)
Track Patient Education History and Intra-Oral photos
Intra-Oral camera software included.
Training
From our experience one of the main reason practices do not use the software effectively is the lack of hands on training. We have implemented two things to maximise the training support. Firstly we have built a training module which enables staff to practice the features without affecting live data. Secondly we have made internet based training unlimited for the first year. This training is led by the Trainer in person and using internet based web conferencing facilities. No one in the market comes anywhere close to our offering.
In addition we can provide onsite training in metropolitan locations at most economical fees. We also can custom design a training offer to fit the exact requirements of the practice. Web based instructor led training. 3 hrs of training plus one hr of follow-up questions $ 300
On Site Training:
$500 / half Day * + 1 Hr of Follow up
$800 / Full Day * + 2 Hrs of Follow up
* In addition out of pocket expense maybe charged on a cost reimbursement basis depending on the customer’s location.
